Berlin, Germany, August 5th, 2019:<\/strong><\/p>\n Deal expands Atotech\u2019s product portfolio<\/strong><\/p>\n jmÌìÌùÙÍø today announced that it has acquired J-KEM International (\u201cJ-KEM\u201d), based in Rosersberg, Sweden. J-KEM is a global supplier of high-quality chemical products and processes for the printed circuit board and general metal finishing industries. J-KEM\u2019s strong technology and customer relationships complement Atotech\u2019s product portfolio and will help expand addressable markets and drive future growth.<\/p>\n All existing services of J-KEM\u2019s have been seamlessly continued by Atotech, effective August 1st. Additionally, J-KEM\u2019s customers now have full access to Atotech\u2019s regional and global product development, production and technical support capabilities, including its world class and accredited material science and analytical services.<\/p>\n Geoff Wild, Atotech\u2019s Chief Executive Officer, commented, \u201cWe are thrilled to add J-KEM\u2019s strong products and technologies to Atotech.
